Our challenges and goals
We want to make teaching abroad work for everyone. Everybody deserves the life changing opportunity of experiencing life in another country and the chance to develop the skills that come along with it.
That is why we’re always working to find new partners who can accommodate non-graduates and those whose first language is not English, but are fluent in the language. On the other end of the scale we have been striving to find more opportunities for qualified teachers and those with lots of experience, whilst of course still looking out for our more traditional candidates, who are generally graduates from the UK.
Many countries have policies that exclude non-native English speakers and non-graduates from teaching opportunities, this does not reflect our goals but we must abide by the rules of each country to ensure we are operating legally and above board whilst trying our best to assist everyone as much as we can.
Native English Speaking Graduates

If you fall into this category then you can choose from all of our programs other than Vietnam and our International Schools Program, which is reserved for those with a teaching qualification in their home country (such as a PGCE in the UK) and have some classroom experience. Below is a list of the programs that are available to you.
China (summer)
USA (summer)

Non-Graduates
–
Most countries across the world require their teachers to have a degree. It doesn’t matter in what subject or from which university, but is a requirement that the countries in which we have programs also share. We have searched high and low to remedy this, to find options for university students or those people who have not been to university, summer camps and summer teaching programs are the best that we could do.
Spending a summer working with children, teaching or mentoring, is a great chance to see if you enjoy it and also offers the fantastic opportunity to travel. We have summer programs in three continents to suit everyone’s tastes, check them out below.

Qualified and Experienced Teachers
–
We created our International Schools Program for people just like you, to ensure you get the salary you deserve in a top school that will help you progress in your teaching career, but you do qualify for all of our programs and they are available to you.
Non-Native English Speaking Graduates
–
It’s a sad truth that this is the category we find it most difficult to place due to rules and regulations of the countries we work with. Providing you are fluent in English and speak with a clear accent, Thailand and Poland could be an option for those with and EU passport, and our summer programs are available to most nationalities. We cannot always guarantee success but can promise we will always do our best to help everyone and anyone.
