You’ll join a 5-day training program and complete a TEFL course before putting your skills into practice with a teaching placement.
We’re here every step of the way to ensure your experience runs smoothly. Whether or not you have experience, our start-to-finish service equips you with the skills and confidence needed to find an awesome teaching job in Poland.
With partner schools across the country and two intakes per year (September and February), you simply need to choose a city and start date, then leave the rest to us.

TEFL Course
Including a 120-hour TEFL course, this program is the ideal choice for anyone dipping their toe into the world of ESL teaching for the first time. You’ll take the online course before departure and gain an understanding of the skills, techniques and knowledge needed to teach English.
Training Program
To help ease those first-day nerves and prepare you for work, the adventure begins with an intensive 5-day training program. You’ll join other program participants from Europe and beyond and put your newfound skills into practice with the guidance of a qualified professional.
Teaching Position
The program includes a guaranteed job offer from a school in Poland. How, you ask? Our partner is the recruiter of choice for many schools across the country. Your acceptance onto the program is evidence that you possess the skills and qualities that these institutes look for.

We don’t require you to have any teaching experience or a degree to apply for our TEFL jobs in Poland. We simply look for enthusiastic people with a passion for travel and personal development who are:

Program Fee
